Formerly Southsource is a real estate company focused on disrupting traditional CRE approaches by linking users, building owners, and capital sources to enable more creative space solutions. The firm emphasizes transparency in commercial space and aims to serve as a resource for forward-thinking ideas about how buildings are used, addressing the evolving needs of office occupancy, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid arrangements. Its work is grounded in experience with both startups and property owners, applying lessons from those collaborations to broader projects and approaching real estate problems from an investor’s perspective due to connections with venture capital and proptech interests. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the company positions itself as a participant in the evolving real estate landscape rather than a conventional establishment, seeking to align stakeholder objectives across tenants and landlords through innovative strategies. A recent development noted is the company’s continued focus on embracing new models for space use and market dynamics, reflecting its commitment to redefining how commercial environments are conceived and utilized.
