Since 1990, we at Fishman Financial Group, Inc. have provided our clients with real estate financing for homes, investment, and commercial properties in the Bay Area, throughout California and in the western states.

We evaluate each client’s unique circumstances and tailor financing to meet their needs.  From initial lender approval of prospective buyers to the close of their purchase transaction, our loan officers monitor changes to interest rates and loan programs to assure the most beneficial financing available.  Subsequently, as circumstances change and market conditions allow, our clients are provided opportunities to lower costs through refinancing.
