Firelands Manufacturing, based in Plymouth in north central Ohio, originated as a tool-and-die shop and has evolved into a facility offering turnkey manufacturing and engineering services. The company operates three facilities on a single campus with about 100,000 square feet of production space, enabling a range of fabrication and assembly work. Its capabilities include producing racks, large conveyor chain components, and hydrostatic zero-turn tow tractors. Beyond automotive and industrial components, Firelands also fabricates parts for lawn-care brands and supplies parts across multiple industries. Its customer base includes major automakers—Honda, Ford, Chrysler, General Motors, and Toyota—for whom it has produced racks and served as a design and engineering partner. It also manufactures more than 2,000 lawnmower parts for brands such as MTD, Cub Cadet, White Outdoor, Bolens, and International Harvester, and has recently begun fabricating fuel tank bases for the pump industry and snow-removal equipment.
