Ferrero is a multinational confectionery manufacturer based in Luxembourg. Founded in 1946 by Pietro and Giovanni Ferrero, it remains a family-owned business now in its third generation. Its portfolio includes Nutella, Tic Tac, Ferrero Rocher, and Kinder Surprise, with products sold in more than 170 countries. The organization employs a large global workforce and prioritizes quality and care in its operations.

The group broadened its portfolio through acquisitions, including Fannie May, the confectionery division of Nestlé, Eat Natural, and, in 2024, Nonni's Foods LLC. It has established a Human Rights Policy (launched in 2020) and collaborates with Save the Children and the Center for Child Rights and Business to address child labor in cocoa supply chains in Ivory Coast and Ghana.
