Ferndale Market is a small, family-founded poultry producer based in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, operating in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. Founded by Dale Peterson and his wife Fern on their family farm, the business has maintained a long-standing commitment to farming without shortcuts for about eighty years. Its turkeys are raised without antibiotics or artificial growth promotants, with full outdoor access in temperate months and full range living during the summer, and they are processed without additives or artificial nitrates; the company offers a full line of raw and cooked turkey products to retailers, restaurants, meat processors, and foodservice accounts and operates an on-farm market that also carries goods from hundreds of local farmers and makers.

The company serves wholesale buyers as well as local shoppers, providing products to a range of commercial accounts and through its on-farm marketplace. In November 2024, Ferndale Market launched Turkey Fest, a seasonal celebration tied to the late-year holiday shopping period.
