Ferm is a Belgian non-profit that operates a network of ten member organisations dedicated to supporting women in caregiver roles and promoting their general welfare. The network focuses its activities in rural Flanders, with additional reach into major cities to address the needs of disadvantaged groups. It is based in Wijgmaal, Flanders, and functions as a mid-sized organization with a workforce in the hundreds.

The member organisations work across sectors including voluntary work, home care, family care, child care, education and training, informal care, green care, and services paid with service vouchers. The network is largely composed of women and emphasizes care, personal growth, sustainable thinking, and a future-oriented approach. The term Ons, Dutch for 'us', reflects the collaborative, community-focused character of the organisation.
