Growth momentum FBT Architects is celebrating its 52nd year with expanding offices and recent leadership promotions, signaling ongoing capacity growth and opportunities to upsell project management, design leadership, and multi-office collaborations.

Strategic partnerships Recent and past collaborations with HDR, Nunn Construction, Workscape Designs, and other firms indicate a strong appetite for joint ventures and integrated delivery models that could be expanded for large-scale education, healthcare, and civic projects.

Healthcare expansion A history of healthcare campus master planning and multi-disciplinary design positions FBT to pursue new hospital, clinic, and campus retrofit projects, especially in markets adjacent to Albuquerque, Colorado Springs, and Dallas.

Sustainability focus An award-winning portfolio in sustainable design suggests opportunities to propose green retrofit programs, energy-efficient facilities, and resilience planning for public and educational institutions seeking certification and long-term operational savings.

Digital capabilities Adoption of Google Cloud, PWA, Cloudflare, and modern web tools, plus a multi-office footprint, indicates potential for offering BIM, visualization, data analytics, and cloud-enabled collaboration services to streamline national or regional projects.
