Fan Controlled Sports & Victory, a mid-sized company based in Los Angeles, California, operates in the spectator sports sector, combining technology, fan ownership, and artificial intelligence to rethink how sports are played and governed. It originated with Fan Controlled Football and Fan Controlled Racing, the first professional leagues where fans call plays in real time, and has earned four Sports Emmy nominations. Now the company is extending its approach into a broader platform, the Victory Sports ecosystem, which supports interactive sports and prediction markets through AI agents, tokenized governance, and on-chain incentives.

It targets fans seeking active participation beyond watching by allowing governance and decision-making in sports properties. Its Legend initiative enables AI agents and token holders to co-manage Costa D'Amalfi FC, a real Italian football club. In 2023, the company launched commemorative Playbook NFT covers on the Flare Network, illustrating a move into digital collectibles tied to its platform.
