Founded in 2003, the organization provides safe housing and client-centered, trauma-informed direct services along with life skills training to help young women transition from victim to survivor. Its mission focuses on reducing barriers faced by trafficked girls and women and supporting their long-term freedom, with the broader aim of ending human trafficking. In 2021, FAIR Girls expanded its Drop-in Center to offer a safer space where survivors can connect with case managers and join group programming.
