Exdev began in 1990 with a logistic fulfillment and component distribution enterprise. The company ran its Southern California operations in 3 different industrial buildings occupying over 400,000 SF in Southern California.

The business expanded into Washington, Illinois, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, and Canada leasing a total of 1,000,000 SF of industrial buildings. Due to its own extensive building improvement requirements, the company began developing its own warehouses and offices in the late 1990s. Since then, Exdev has transitioned into full commercial real estate development. The company has owned and developed 3.5+MM square feet of commercial real estate for tenants comprising of: WebMD, Department of Homeland Security, NY Department of Education, NY Metropolitan Transportation Agency, JP Morgan Bank, 24 Hr Fitness, Bed Bath and Beyond, Staples, Porsche, and Toyota to name a few. 

Exdev specializes in planning, entitlement, development, and asset management. The company holds a diverse portfolio that encompasses office parks, industrial buildings, shopping centers, and hotels.
