Everyone TV is a London-based joint venture owned and supported by the UK public service broadcasters BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. It operates in broadcast media production and distribution with a focus on keeping free television accessible to audiences regardless of location or income. The organization manages Freeview and Freesat, the UK’s free-to-view platforms that reach over 17 million households, and in 2024 launched Freely, a streaming service that brings live and on-demand content at no cost through compatible next-generation smart TVs. 
 
 The entity began as Digital UK and rebranded to Everyone TV in January 2023. It is based in London and described as a mid-sized organization. In April 2026 it announced Freely Spotlight Channels, a feature intended to widen monetization opportunities for connected TV operating system partners via the Freely TV Guide.
