Evergreen Church Bothell operates as a religious institution on Seattle’s eastside, serving the Bothell community with a focus on helping individuals live out a missional life rooted in Jesus. The church emphasizes worship, service through LifeTeams, and discipleship courses as three progressive phases to foster spiritual growth and leadership within its congregation. Located in Bothell, Washington, the church positions itself as an active, evangelistic community that seeks to engage people who are not yet part of a church, within a region undergoing significant development and demographic change. The organization emphasizes elder governance, pastoral leadership, and volunteer involvement, drawing connections with a network of partner churches and maintaining a consulting relationship with Gateway Church. Lead Pastor Phil McCallum leads the ministry, and Evergreen Church describes its core beliefs as centering on the authority of the Bible, the operations of spiritual gifts, and a balanced charismatic orientation.
