Since 2017, Ethics Suite has provided ethics and compliance (“E&C”) hotline reporting and case management for domestic and international clients who have employees, volunteers, and other resources in 90 countries. Our client industries vary widely and include hospitality, foodservice, aviation, real estate, utilities, legal, nonprofits, healthcare, legal services, construction, dentistry, and manufacturing.

Ethics Suite offers a digital ethics reporting platform with an anonymous reporting option and case management software; custom compliance software for efforts such as: conflict of interest reporting and self-disclosures; safety incident tracking; workplace violence incident reporting; and annual policy certifications. Ethics Suite also provides E&C program development; policy and procedures development and implementation; compliance and forensic audits; training; internal investigations and assistance with remediation efforts. 

The Ethics Suite founders have decades of in-depth related experience and more than seven years as providers of the Ethics Suite reporting portal. We are committed to making confidential reporting capabilities simple and affordable for all business sizes and design our products to facilitate reporting of potential unethical conduct. Our developers have 25+ years of experience in building custom software solutions and customer support and more than a decade of experience developing and maintaining Human Resources and Compliance software. 

Ethics Suite is women- and minority-owned and led by founders Juliette Gust and Tricia Fratto – legal, audit, and compliance professionals who have decades of experience preventing, detecting, and investigating thousands of reports of misconduct. Their years of experience responding to and remedying organizational misconduct serve as the foundation on which our services are built - not short-term technology trends or fads.
