ERShares is a New York City-based investment management firm that operates in the exchange-traded products space. Its flagship XOVR ETF uses a venture-capital–inspired research process to identify public innovators while including a private-company sleeve within a single, liquid vehicle. Relaunched on Nasdaq in August 2024, the fund seeks to provide an ETF-based pathway to private-equity exposure that has historically been available mainly to institutions and accredited investors. As of May 2026, XOVR holds roughly $246 million in SpaceX exposure through a SpaceX SPV, paired with exposure to Anduril, and the structure carries no management fee and no carried interest. The ETF was the first to achieve a proof-of-concept by taking a pre-IPO position through to IPO, with holdings and weights that change over time.
