Equity Plan Solutions (EPS) offers a variety of stock plan consultative services, in three main areas: plan administration, Stock Plan Accounting, and Special Projects.  We offer plan administration on numerous platforms, including Equity Edge Online, Solium Shareworks, Solium CapMX, and Carta.  Our Accounting for Stock Plans is led by Elizabeth Dodge, a 20-year veteran of accounting for equity compensation, and the founder of Equity Plan Solutions.  She became a Certified Equity Professional in 1999 and co-authors the chapter on accounting in The Stock Option Book. She also serves on the Executive Advisory Committee of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), was honored with the NASPP Individual Achievement award in 2012 and the 10-year Service Award in 2017. 
 
EPS offers assistance with a variety of different Equity Compensation projects, such as vendor searches, system implementations, process and procedure documentation, process review and recommendations, conversions, option exchanges, reprices, mergers, spin-offs, and stock splits.  Our goal is to streamline and simplify processes wherever possible to reduce the risk of error and improve the end result.  

We pride ourselves in our willingness to work with our clients to understand fully what they need and the best solution for each client.  We also pride ourselves on being “a different kind of consulting firm” since we aim to demystify, simplify, and train our clients so that someday, when the internal bandwidth is available, they will be able to manage their own stock plans in the most efficient way possible.
