Enter Capital is a Private Investment Office and M&A advisory firm serving private equity sponsors.

Enter Capital was started by Andrew Ponomar and Elena Nosova, who moved to the U.S. in 2013 from Eastern Europe and Cyprus and chose to build long-term in the U.S. The firm initially started as a two-sided marketplace for sourcing M&A opportunities; the software was discontinued as a standalone business, but the tech skills and respect for engineering teams gained from building it remain core to who the team is.

Enter Capital then transitioned into an M&A advisory business and now focuses on investing in SaaS and IT services companies as a Private Investment Office and buy-side M&A advisor to multibillion-dollar private equity firms on both coasts, and PE-backed platform companies.

Alex Kudriashov and Chris Wang are advisors and partners, involved on a case-by-case basis in deals, funds, strategic and legal support.
