Engineered Foundation Technologies ("EFT") provides specialty Geotechnical construction services to the New England Region.   Our experience in engineering technologies helps provide unique solutions for solving client's problems.  

In one regard, EFT repairs poor construction.  A majority of our clients either own or are looking to develop properties that contain poor soils.  Buildings founded over soft soils are prone to excessive settlement.   Not only are these properties difficult to fix, they are devalued as well.  

In addition to foundation repair, EFT also offers concrete raising services to repair settling concrete slabs.  This technology is especially useful when an existing business is founded over a sinking slab, as traditional repairs can greatly impact the existing business.   Today, EFT specifically offers "Urethane Foam Injections" to repair sunken concrete.  This technologically advanced material provides clients with amazing benefits, including it's ultra-lightweight and thermal insulation properties.
