Over forty years ago, two students met in physical therapy school at the University of South Alabama. Paul Henderson, PT, and Paige Plash, PT, not only became physical therapists but also great friends. They shared a vision of a rehabilitation company that would provide a variety of rehabilitation and wellness services to individuals and communities.

We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as athletic training and industrial rehab in over 100 clinics, 200 high schools/colleges, and numerous contact management sites.
