Founded in 2003, Employers Resource Associates, LLC provides Occupational Safety and Health consulting and associated services. We have a diverse client base in AZ and other western states, consisting of business sectors as Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail, and a multitude of service-related industries. 

We work with small to larger businesses that may not have adequate resources in risk and safety, prefer to outsource rather than hire in house, or that just need assistance with Safety, OSHA compliance, Workers’ Compensation insurance or claims issues.

We have also assisted PEOs, ASOs, and Human Resource firms, with their clients that maybe do not quite fit their book of business or service platform or providing an additional service offering for their clients.
