Our projects have included residential, retail, mixed-use, hospitality and office uses in mixed-income, urban infill, pedestrian friendly, and transit oriented developments. Since 1979, Emerald has developed 37 projects totaling 5,500 housing units, 420,000 sf of office, 400,000 sf of retail, and a 200-room luxury hotel, all totaling over $3 billion in value.  It has been our mission to create properties that build communities, deliver consistent returns, and bolster long-term asset value.  

Emerald Fund is a small, privately owned company that works on large, impactful real estate projects.
