Emerald Excavating is a full service site-work company located in Plymouth, MA.  Emerald Excavating was founded over in 1977 by James and Ingeborg Kelleher and is a fully bonded, MA Highway Prequalified Certified Woman Business Enterprise.  Emerald Excavating is also proud to advertise that we are a Better Business Bureau A+ Rated Accredited Business.

All of Emerald’s projects are assigned a project manager and a general foreman to oversee and manage daily activities.  We perform our own layout with a robot total station and several GPS layout rovers.  In addition to our layout rovers our GPS systems include automated bulldozers, computer guided bulldozers and computer-guided excavators.  Emerald Excavating has an extensive, well-maintained modern equipment fleet and employs a professional staff that includes a PE and several engineering graduates.  At Emerald Excavating we solve problems, minimize changes, and bring our projects in ahead of schedule.
