Small footprint Very small operation with 0-1 employees suggests potential outsourcing, partnerships, or pilot programs for utility-grade appliances or smart devices in a lean execution model.

Niche positioning Based in Wisconsin and focused on electrical and electronic manufacturing, there may be opportunity to offer regional supply chain services, local compliance support, and logistics optimization for nearby utility customers.

Tech stack Existing cloud and web technologies (AWS, Snowplow, CloudFlare, Microsoft 365) indicate receptivity to scalable digital infrastructure; upsell data analytics, security hardening, and cloud-based manufacturing solutions.

Market potential Compare with large regional utilities listed as peers; as a potential supplier, there is room to position as a nimble vendor for smaller projects or as a pilot partner for smart grid components and energy efficiency devices.

Growth signals Lack of public funding details suggests exploring grant-backed or incentive programs; propose financial models or co-funded initiatives to accelerate product development or certification efforts for utility-grade hardware.
