At Elevation we believe athletes are best prepared to succeed when they are trained as well-rounded volleyball players. Within our developmental process, athletes learn every skill. We provide varied training and learning opportunities maximizing their touches on the ball while making sure they receive a consistent and fun experience. Once an athlete reaches a point where their strengths can be assessed, we begin specializing to help them succeed at a higher level of competition and better prepare them for more complicated systems and increased positional responsibilities. This well rounded approach helps to make sure they reach their potential as a player.
