Governed by a consistent mission and overriding objectives, the agency is dedicated to empowering diverse communities in California's Central Valley and provides outreach and services to over 75,000 individuals and families annually. Throughout El Concilio's 53-year history, our agency has met adversity head-on. Whether it was taking the lead in DACA enrollments, providing full-scope Medi-Cal health access for undocumented children, or creating economic relief programs for families and businesses, El Concilio has been on the front lines of the defining moments of the day.
