Effective Artistry is a group of neurodivergent artists trained as therapists and executive functioning coaches who help people develop the skills they need to create the lives they want through individualized, online, one-on-one executive functioning coaching.
We specialize in working with individuals that consider themselves neurodivergent and/or creative, but the truth is that ANYONE can benefit from developing their executive functioning.
Executive functioning is complicated. If common advice or a one-size-fits-all approach could work for you–it would have worked by now. You’ve been trying. The further outside the norm you are, the more this is usually true.
