Regional Development Focus Target municipal and county governments across 16 counties and 56 municipalities that rely on ETDD for planning, economic development, and growth coordination to identify procurement opportunities in planning software, GIS, and workforce development programs.

Digital Forensics ETDD uses WordPress, Gravatar, Google Tag Manager and analytics tools, signaling ongoing digital engagement and potential needs for website security, performance optimization, content management, and data privacy solutions.

Grant and Funding Activity Past grants and recovery funding (including CARES Act and other awards) indicate ongoing demand for compliance, grant management tools, financial software, and consultancy to administer, monitor, and report on funded projects.

Operations and Staffing Recent financing for preservation staff and technical assistance roles suggests opportunities for capacity-building services, training platforms, ERP or HR systems, and project management tools to scale local government support.

Industry Positioning As a regional development district with modest staffing and multi-jurisdictional scope, ETDD may prioritize cost-effective, scalable solutions in economic development analytics, regional planning dashboards, and multi-agency collaboration platforms.
