In late 2024, three longstanding Minneapolis neighborhood associations merged, forming the East Bank Neighborhoods Partnership (EBNP).

Founded on the strengths of the Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Association, the Southeast Como Improvement Association, and the Nicollet Island-East Bank Neighborhood Association,  EBNP’s mission is to maintain and enhance the physical, social and economic environment of our neighborhoods. These neighborhoods (both officially and informally recognized) include Nicollet Island, East Bank, Marcy-Holmes, Dinkytown, Southeast Como, Mid-City Industrial, University, and much of Stadium Village.

Although our official geographic boundary is proscribed by the City of Minneapolis Planning Department, our independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization can delineate how our residents, businesses, and our guests define our neighborhoods.
