Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd is a Dubai-based aviation services company structured around two divisions: DAE Capital, an aircraft lessor, and DAE Engineering, an MRO provider. It counts more than 200 airline customers across more than 80 countries and operates from six offices in Dubai, Dublin, Amman, Singapore, Miami, and Seattle, overseeing a fleet of roughly 700 owned, managed, and committed aircraft valued at about US$25 billion.

DAE Engineering runs regional maintenance, repair, and overhaul services from a facility in Amman, Jordan, supporting Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, with capacity for up to 24 wide- and narrow-body aircraft and authorization to work on 16 aircraft types and regulatory approvals from more than 30 regulators globally. A recent development in 2026 is the launch of Equator, a global aviation investment platform created with Blackstone Credit & Insurance.
