DRI International, founded in 1988, is a nonprofit organization that supports organizations in preparing for and recovering from disasters through education, accreditation, and thought leadership in business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience. It has certified more than 20,000 resilience professionals in over 110 countries and engages with a large portion of Fortune 100 firms, including about 95% of them. The organization offers 15 individual certifications, including the CBCP credential, and also certifies organizations as resilient enterprises. Based in Dearborn, Michigan, DRI delivers training from introductory to master's levels in multiple languages, available online and in person, alongside an annual resilience conference; the DRI Foundation supports charitable activities.
