Drai's Management Group is owned and operated by Victor Drai, regarded by many as the "Father of the Las Vegas after-hours scene." Creator and founder of Las Vegas mega-clubs Tryst and XS, Drai is the visionary owner of Drai’s Nightclub, Beach Club, and After Hours. Drai's Management Group is operated by a skilled team bringing together the creativity and experience behind the hottest nightclubs in Las Vegas.

In 2014 Drai's Enterprises partnered with Bally's and opened the first LGBT club on the strip, Liaison. The company additionally runs the Indigo Lounge next to Liaison and runs food and beverage operations for the famous Axis Theater in Planet Hollywood.
