Dos Rios Partners is a Texas-based private equity partnership. We invest primarily in the six-state region encompassing Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, an under-served region in which we have deep relationships and material advantages. We invest in the control- and mezzanine-securities of proven, growing, profitable, private companies, generally along-side strong, motivated management teams. These firms typically dominate a niche and/or operate in an industry in which we are advantaged. We are risk-sensitive, value-driven, active, investors, who have not only material transactional experience but also deep CEO- and CFO-level operating experience that we utilize to help firms improve performance. “Dos Rios” refers to two great rivers—the Mississippi and the Rio Grande. These great rivers and the Gulf of Mexico, into which these rivers flow, cradle the six-state regional niche on which we focus.
