DIVAC functions as the U.S. arm of the industrial vehicle group, delivering material handling equipment to the North American market. Its headquarters are in Buford, Georgia, in a 200,000-square-foot facility that houses Sales, Service, Marketing, Parts, and Warehousing. A centralized parts operation supports affiliate groups with more than 30,000 line items. The product line comprises 133 models, including 82 engine or battery configurations and capacities from 3,000 to 55,000 pounds, and in early 2023 two new ranges of high-capacity electric counterbalance forklifts were launched under the NXE Series. All trucks are manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility. DIVAC serves the North American market through about 100 independent dealers and over 200 sales and service locations across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
