There's no place like home!  DoctorCare offers physician and advanced practitioner primary care house-calls valley-wide. 

Our primary care clinicians serve patients in their own homes, group homes as well as independent living and assisted living facilities. Our medical doctors, nurse practitioners and administrative staff work closely with caregivers, patients' families, Group Home owners and Geriatric Care Managers to provide the best service possible.  

We see patients as far north as Anthem, as far south as Chandler, as far west as Sun City and Peoria and as far east as Apache Junction, AZ. We specialize in all geriatric needs and diseases including dementia and other chronic, debilitating illnesses. In addition to clinical expertise, 

DoctorCare values academic growth by fostering mentorships and clinical preceptorships as many of our clinicians perform in a teaching capacity at Grand Canyon University graduate programs. 

 Insurance plans include Medicare, Optum Health Network, United HealthCare, Bridgeway, United HealthCare Community Plan, Caremore and all PPO plans.
