DLC Resources, Inc. is an environmental services firm based in Phoenix, Arizona, that provides landscape management for communities across the greater Phoenix area. Founded in 1989, the company focuses on keeping plants, trees, and turf healthy and thriving in the desert climate while accounting for water management priorities in the city and state. This work emphasizes practical landscape care that supports resilience and sustainability in arid conditions.
The organization prioritizes a partnership approach, viewing clients as collaborators rather than mere service providers. Open communication is central to its method, with branch managers, field managers, and on-site foremen regularly meeting with community management and boards to review timelines, budgets, and goals. These conversations help set clear expectations and establish a roadmap for ongoing community landscape management.
