Diversity Accords (DA) provides diversity specific products and services for large enterprises that are sensitive to diversity in their supply chain. The following services support  the client company’s Vision to contribute to the spirit of diversity while maintaining business and profitability standards. The services we have include:

Diversity Pathways -

Diversity Pathways will complement an organization’s existing supplier diversity platform…or help create one. We consult, implement, measure and ultimately enhance any environment with the intent of assisting the company to become supportive of diversity in their supply chain. We – create a Corporate Supplier Diversity Plan, facilitate Performance Oversight (Board Reports), augment the Marketing Communications Infrastructure (internal and external comm.) to help elevate CIP, establish Business Process Efficiencies, and other functions as needed. We have also added DiversiFinder (below) to the service – which puts the strategies and tactics of Diversity Pathways into action.

DiversiFinder -

DiversiFinder offers a specialized sourcing mechanism that provides unique diverse suppliers for larger contracts…contracts valued at 1 million annually or more. By focusing on larger contracts, it is imagined that a company will attain and / or surpass their diversity spend objectives on a more consistent basis while consolidating supplier inventory. DA also oversees and maintains a network of certified minority & diverse suppliers for contract fulfillment. The diverse supplier profiles available to client companies are extensive and provide 75-80% of the due diligence necessary for comfortable and qualified supplier engagement.

DiversiPrime -

DiversiPrime acts as the primary conduit for the client company to diverse; consultants, contractors, part-time staff, call-centers, admins, SME’s and other professional service providers.
