Disability Rights Washington is a private nonprofit organization that protects the rights of people with disabilities throughout Washington state. Based in Seattle, it pursues dignity, equality, and self-determination by addressing human and legal rights, and provides free advocacy services, including information and referrals, problem-solving strategies, community education and legal services for discrimination or rights violations. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors with advisory councils, and offers interpreters when needed.

DRW serves people with disabilities and the broader service systems and communities they interact with, aiming to reduce abuse and neglect while securing legally recognized rights and adequately funded supports. In recent years, it has advanced transportation-related advocacy through the Disability Mobility Initiative and partnerships such as its 2023 collaboration with America Walks to promote Week Without Driving nationwide.
