Dibble & Miller, P.C. is a general practice law firm with six attorneys who have considerable experience in various areas of law. The firm’s clients are individuals and start-up, small, "ma and pa" businesses to medium size companies. Dibble & Miller, P.C. is highly computerized and the firm's entire case management system is digital.

A considerable portion of the practice is defending individuals and businesses against tax audits (criminal and civil) for sales tax, employee taxes and personal income taxes and then defending against the failure to pay such taxes. We are one of the few firms in Rochester to defend taxpayers against the audit and collection efforts of taxing authorities. In addition, the firm also handles other matters including business agreements, business formations, criminal matters, estate planning, family law matters, real estate and personal injury cases.  

The firm is located in the Park Avenue area of Rochester, New York with free parking.  The office is minutes away from the Hall of Justice and the Monroe County Clerk’s Office.  Our firm is small enough to provide our clients with the attention they deserve, yet big enough to achieve outstanding results. Our lawyers provide quality legal service throughout Upstate and Western New York.
