Diamond Sports Training is a 30,000 square foot indoor baseball and softball training facility located in Sterling, VA. The mission of DST is: “To promote the passion for baseball and softball by providing a training environment where athletes can reach their highest potential.” In order to accomplish its mission, DST has assembled a group of top instructors in a facility like no other in the immediate vicinity. The “Warehouse” is turfed and has one 24’ x 60’, one 24’ x 70’, and four 30’ x 75’ sectioned tunnels with each being able to accommodate a full team. Every tunnel has access to a batting cage that raises and lowers from the ceiling, portable pitching mounds, and pitching machines.
