At Development Victoria, we’re passionate about making Victoria a great place to be. As the Victorian Government’s development arm, we revitalise iconic public buildings, create important cultural and recreational facilities and recycle public land, for all Victorians. As our cities and communities change and grow, we breathe new life into urban areas, unlock public land and create entire new precincts. We work with industry leaders in design and construction to bring our projects to life. As a statutory corporation supporting the Victorian Government’s policy objectives, we report to the Minister for Transport Infrastructure and are governed by a Board of Directors.
