Design + Construction Group, LLC operates as a multi-disciplinary construction practice that integrates design, building design, program management, and construction management into a single service model. The firm brings together architects, engineers, and project- and construction-managers who collectively average more than 30 years of experience, enabling integrated delivery for both public and private sector clients. Founded in 2010 and based in Columbus, Ohio, D+CG emerged as a minority-owned partnership formed from four smaller firms and its founder, Edwin Williams, to pursue a range of building projects across the United States.

The leadership is organized around five founding principals, led by Williams, with initial resources drawn from a core group and plans to grow through internal or external recruitment. With its small, experienced team, the firm positions itself as a capable partner in the construction industry, serving both public and private clients and pursuing complex projects.
