Our services include armed and unarmed private security officers, marked security patrol vehicles and specialty security services for events, private investigations, executive protection and security consulting.  Our cadre of professionally trained officers is supported by field supervisors and an in-house 24 hour dispatch fusion center.  Delta Protective Services was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Stockton, California.

Upon our foundation of success Delta Protective Services has continued to thrive and become one of the most awarded security companies in California.  Recognized by the business community in 1996, Mr. Borgens was awarded the Small Business Person of the year award by the Chamber of Commerce and in 2006 received the Small Business Persons of the Year Award from the United States Small Business Administration Sacramento District Office.

Mr. Borgens served in the United States Marine Corps and traveled extensively overseas.  After receiving an honorable discharge he then worked for a private investigator while attending Executive Security International's Advanced Executive Protection program.  Graduating at the top of his class he accepted a position with Gavin de Becker, Inc. and provided protective services for celebrities, public figures, entertainers and executives.  Mr. Borgens remains committed to community involvement and is active in many local civic organization and national associations.
