Deep Foods, also known as the Deep Foods Group of Companies, is a food and beverage manufacturer focused on Indian cuisine with a global footprint. Founded in 1977 by Bhagwati Amin and now run by three generations of the Amin family, the company is based in Union, New Jersey, with operations in the United States, Canada, India, and Australia. It employs thousands of people worldwide and markets a broad portfolio of frozen meals, breads, appetizers, snacks, beverages, dairy and pantry essentials under brands including Deep Indian Kitchen, Udupi, Mirch Masala and Bansi, and it supports education for underprivileged children in rural India through the Deepkiran Foundation. Deep Foods serves a wide range of retail formats across ethnic, natural, conventional, club, drug, mass and ecommerce channels, with more than 1,200 products in stores. A notable recent development is the March 2025 launch of a Momo Dumplings line from Deep Indian Kitchen.
