Davidson Backman Medeiros PLLC strives to provide the finest legal representation to our clients, while serving our communities. While our practice was founded on providing bankruptcy representation under Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13, we also represent creditors in the state courts and the bankruptcy courts. We have broad experience in all phases of general commercial litigation, with very deep background in bankruptcy and receivership litigation. We also have an established receivership practice, serving as court appointed receivers, and frequently providing representation to other receivers. We are lawyers by nature.
