The Davi Law Group, LLC was founded by Dion U. Davi, who is a former proscecutor for the DuPage County Sate's Attorney's Child Support Enforcement Division and a seasoned litigator concentrating in all areas affect family matter.  The Davi Law Group has extensive experience in negotiating, settling, and, if necessary, litigating family law matters, including dissolution of marriages and civil unions, maintenance/alimony and child support, valuation and division of property and assets, visitation and parenting time, out-of-state removal, and representation of children as a Guardian ad litem.  Further, Mr. Davi has successfully represented clients in Juvenile court in the areas of delinquency and attempted termination of parental rights, Illinois Healthcare and Family Services and Illinois Department of Children and Family Services administrative and appeals hearings, and Income Withholding for Child Support Act vioations for both plaintiffs and defendants.  In addition, Mr. Davi has the heartfelt privilege in representing many families in adoption matters.  Finally, the Davi Law Group, LLC offers services to roundout clients' needs in related areas such as estate planning, real estate, contract negotiations, and business formation as well as offer consulation and direction in areas not directly handled by the firm.
