We are a member of the association of Professional Records and Information Services Management (PRISM), an organization created for companies that provide their clients with protection, access, retention, storage, and disposal of their vital information.

We have a staff of experienced managers along with account and technical representatives who are available to meet the specific needs of each customer. Combined experience of the principles of the company includes 45 years of professional service in the government and private sectors and over 50 years of technical support, sales, and customer service experience.

We are actively involved during software implementation to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, we train your personnel and provide on-going support and satisfaction interviews.
