Market positioning DAS Architects is a boutique architectural and interior design firm focused on hospitality, retail, corporate, and residential sectors with a mid-sized team (11-50 employees). This suggests opportunities in bespoke design services, project leadership for mid-market hospitality and commercial clients, and partnerships that value high-end aesthetics with attentive client collaboration.

Industry credibility Regular features in leading design publications and a track record of award recognition (GBCA Contractors’ Choice Award) reinforce brand prestige. Sales outreach can leverage this credibility to win mid to high-end hospitality and restaurant redesign projects and attract clients seeking proven design excellence.

Recent leadership Promotion of a Design Director and long-standing leadership indicate a stable, growth-oriented team with opportunities to engage at the senior level on large-scale, design-forward projects such as hotels, mixed-use developments, and upscale interiors.

Collaborative momentum Notable partnerships with Harman Group and Tidewater Inn indicate a readiness to collaborate with specialized consultants and hospitality operators. This opens avenues for joint proposals on complex projects that require integrated procurement, FF&E, and architectural services.

Growth opportunities Revenue range ($1M–$10M) positions DAS as a target for programs aiming to elevate project scale, diversify client base, or enter new markets within hospitality, retail, and residential sectors. Business development can focus on expanding client relationships, referrals, and expanding geographic reach.
