• Dimensional Inspection - Prepare for employment as specialized a quality inspector in precision machining, typically earning $17 - 25 an hour. Danville is home to the only program in the country of its kind, credentialed to offer the professional ASQ CQI industry credential. 
• Cyber security - DCC was the first rural community college in Virginia to be certified by the National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a Center for Academic Excellence in Cyber Education. With our one-year, completely online program, students with a networking background can take their skills to the next level in just one year and qualify for jobs earning an average of $80,000 in Virginia!
• Project Management - This self-paced, completely online program allows existing degree holders to add a valuable job credential, or it can be completed as part of DCC’s Associate of Applied Science in Business Management. This is a fast-growing, emerging career field, expected to grow by 16% nationwide by 2022, with an average median salary of $82,000!
