Small firm, big potential Dalager Engineering is a very small telecommunications-focused contractor with under 10 employees and sub million-dollar revenue, suggesting an opportunity for scalable managed services, outsourcing support, and upsell of project-based IT and networking solutions to support growth.

Tech stack gaps Current technologies include Cloudflare, DreamWeaver, Windows Server and Microsoft IIS, indicating need for modernization, cybersecurity hardening, cloud integration, and potential migration services to modern development and hosting platforms.

Expansion readiness Being in construction telecommunications with limited staff positions, there is potential for modular solutions, remote monitoring, field service optimization, and partner-led project delivery to win larger telecom bids from mid-market to regional clients.

Financial growth path Revenue under $1M signals a growth-ready stage where sales opportunities exist in adding recurring services such as managed IT, cybersecurity, network maintenance, and consulting to stabilize cash flow during expansion.

Market positioning Compared to larger competitors, Dalager’s smaller scale suggests a niche play in specialized telecom installations or regional projects; cross-sell with stronger firms or subcontracting partnerships could accelerate access to larger projects.
