Cybertill provides a cloud-based, end-to-end retail management platform designed to operate across multiple sales channels. Founded in 2001 by Ian Tomlinson, the company is based in Liverpool, England. The system delivers a real-time, single view of inventory, sales, and customers, enabling retailers to manage activities across branded stores, pop-up shops, mobile point of sale, click-and-collect points, franchises, concessions, and ecommerce.

Data is hosted in the cloud to maintain a unified product and customer database, allowing stock levels to be visible organization-wide and ensuring consistent customer service. Cybertill serves a broad retailer base, including general stores and charity and visitor attractions, with its RetailStore and CharityStore platforms used by more than 700 locations and handling tens of millions of transactions annually. A 2025 update introduced two new features, Auto-Enable Fast Track and Two-Level Sign-In, aimed at simplifying operations for managers and till operators.
