Custom Engineered Wheels (CEW) is a plastics manufacturer that designs and produces injection-molded wheels and related plastic components, offering both standard and custom options. With almost five decades in business, CEW operates from two sites—its headquarters in Baldwyn, Mississippi, and a second facility in Reynosa, Mexico—both of which are certified to ISO 9001:2015. Together, the facilities encompass about 250,000 square feet of manufacturing space and house 33 presses ranging from 100 to 1,250 tons. CEW’s operations are organized into four groups that serve distinct end markets: Industrial Wheels for OEMs, including lawn and garden, material handling, and recycling applications; Medical Mobility, focused on mobility devices; Cycle Technology, covering the bicycle sector; and Advanced Manufacturing, which supplies custom injection-molded thermoplastics and tool transfers for medium- to high-volume production. These groups operate under a family of brands such as X-Core, Shox, Shox-Air, Aero-Flex, Skyway, and TuffWheel.
